This notice explains how data is processed when you visit this website or contact Cloud-Consulting. It covers the current website and email configuration.
1. Controller and contact

2. Website delivery and hosting
The website is hosted by Railway Corporation (USA). Delivering and securing the website involves processing connection data, particularly your IP address, request date and time, requested resource, response status and browser or device information included in the HTTP request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: our legitimate interest in operating a reliable website, diagnosing errors and preventing abuse. The application does not maintain a visitor database. The hosting infrastructure may keep technical logs.
3. DNS and technical providers
Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) provides domain DNS and email services. Website traffic passes through the Cloudflare proxy for content delivery, caching and infrastructure protection. Cloudflare processes connection data, including IP addresses and request information, for these purposes. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: reliable and secure website delivery. We do not use Cloudflare Web Analytics. Infrastructure providers and authorised persons maintaining the website or handling correspondence may access data as necessary for these tasks.
4. Email and telephone enquiries
When contacting us, you provide information such as your name, email address, telephone number, company details, message and attachments. We use it to respond and conduct business discussions. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where you are entering into or performing a contract with us, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where you represent a company or make another enquiry. Our legitimate interests are managing business communications and establishing or defending legal claims.
5. Email processing
We use Cloudflare and Google services to handle email correspondence. Sender and recipient addresses, headers, message content and attachments are processed. Clicking an email link opens your email application and does not itself send a message.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Railway, Cloudflare and Google operate international infrastructure, so data may also be processed in the USA or other countries outside the EEA. Railway’s DPA describes EU Standard Contractual Clauses and reliance on the Data Privacy Framework for certified recipients. Cloudflare describes transfer safeguards in its DPA and Google in its data transfer frameworks information. These documents are linked below. You can request information about safeguards applicable to specific processing and how to obtain a copy.
7. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for the time needed to handle the matter and agreed follow-up. If correspondence documents a contract or legal claim, retention depends on the contract’s duration and the applicable limitation period. Documents subject to tax or accounting duties are retained for the legally required period (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). Technical logs follow the hosting provider’s retention schedule; Railway documents plan-dependent periods. Incident-related data may be needed to investigate the incident and protect legal claims. The application has no additional visitor traffic archive.
8. Cookies, browser storage and external services
The website sets no cookies, writes no data to localStorage or sessionStorage and uses no advertising pixels, analytics, embedded maps or videos, or external fonts. The selected language is stored in a URL parameter. The current website therefore has no cookie consent banner. AWS, Azure, OpenAI and Anthropic are mentioned as part of our services: browsing this website does not send data to their AI models. External documents load only when you follow a link and are subject to their providers’ policies.
9. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR’s conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may object to processing under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR on grounds relating to your particular situation. Send requests to the controller’s contact address above.
10. Complaints and providing data
You may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly in the country of your habitual residence, workplace or the alleged infringement. In Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl); you may also contact the competent authority in Germany. Providing enquiry data is voluntary, but without contact details or information about the matter we may be unable to respond. Technical connection data is needed to deliver the website. We do not use profiling or solely automated decisions producing legal effects.
